Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 14–21 business days
- International: 14–30 business days (varies by country)
Please note that delivery times may be affected by local customs processing and carrier delays, especially during peak holiday seasons.

- United States: $5.95 flat rate
- International (including Canada): $10.95 flat rate

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at Support@classypod.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. ClassyPod is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.
